Good subway but a bit crowded.

Unfriendly

For me the perfect Subway branch. The staff are very friendly and polite. The branch is very clean and the ingredients are very fresh. Please do not hesitate and give the branch a chance. I recommend the B.M.T. and the teriyaki. :-)

No matter what you have for the extra staff is on the ball and you wait here much shorter than in most Essenbüdchen in his usually too short lunch break

We were just in the branch and I must say it was an absolute disaster! I would like to give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible. The employees in the new branch in Hürth Park are completely unable to become unfriendly if you take too long at the cash register. And with the POS system, they are also completely overwhelmed. In addition, the employees are very sparing as far as the subs is concerned. So unfriendly we were never served in a subway!

Staff was in an empty store and not overwhelmed at rush hour with 2 subs. And you got the words twisted in your mouth because she made a sub wrong too

Service is unfortunately impatient and unfriendly. Although there were no more people waiting, they hounded them and threw the ingredients into the bread. The enlightenment really rude and unsatisfactory .. The quality of the ingredients is still good. The cookies very delicious. Unique when it comes to taste and great quality

The goods are really fresh and the subs very good to enjoy. The restaurant is very clean and the staff, just a very nice and helpful in the selection of subs.The fast food is very convenient so that you can take something quickly between the purchases there or consume there. Very well I liked just in summer the terrace with their seating.

Fast and tasty

I visit this subway several times a month. The food is as usual not really expensive and tastes really good. But especially the cookies should not be left out, as they are just really delicious. Sometimes I come only because of the biscuits: =) Another review says you can not refill your drinks - if I'm not mistaken, that's true if you buy the drink individually. However, if you buy a menu (Consisting of a sub, biscuit and drink), you may refill another time. The staff are always friendly.

It's almost like every subway. The subway are occupied normally. The service is mostly friendly. Special promotions are not offered. If you deviate from the norm, the employees seem overwhelmed. Refilling the drink for free is also not allowed. You have to buy a new subway. I find that outrageous.
